I'm depressed.
I went to check on my South Bay Series and my San Pedro Series today. The former were all just fine. The latter were missing. By the time I got down to it, the park was closed where the Korean Friendship Bell is, so I couldn't check on it. But at Point Fermin, I checked the right location, and several other holes in the fence just in case it was put back wrong, but to no avail. Then I went down the Stairway to the Rocks, and I found the nook for the box, even the rock that I'd covered it with, but it was gone.
Nearby I found this Pepsi can with the old logo and pull-top tab from the 70s. This damned piece of trash has survived for 30 years, but my box didn't last 6 months? Yeah, I'm upset.
